Pasta action stations with homemade sauces and fresh toppings, made to order in front of guests -- Alfredo, marinara, pesto, and buttered Garlic. 

Toppings: grilled chicken, medium rare steak, nicely spicy chorizo, fresh spinach, caramelized onions, fresh baby bella mushrooms, snow peas, broccoli, peppers, freshly grated parmesan.

Artisan bread and rolls.

Crudité platters -- (crisp vegetable platters) with pesto hummus 

Artisan cheese platters 

Tres Leche's cake.

Handmade (homemade) pies-- apple, blackberry, and cherry.

MIni sweet treats -- Pots de Créme, mini cookies with milk shooters (chocolate chip, peanut butter cinnamon chocolate chip, molasses), mini cheesecakes with porter reduction and pretzel crumble, whiskey cream filled cream puffs.
