Toppings: grilled chicken, medium rare steak, nicely spicy chorizo, fresh spinach, caramelized onions, fresh baby bella mushrooms, snow peas, broccoli, peppers, freshly grated parmesan.
Artisan bread and rolls.
Crudité platters -- (crisp vegetable platters) with pesto hummus
