Chef Jason prepared an absolutely amazing dinner for eight that surpassed all our expectations for the ultimate in-home dining experience. I would highly recommend The Everyday Chef and would definitely use them again.

Most caterers will cook your food hours before an event- plate it, load it into a hot box, and drive it to the venue where it will sit for another variable amount of time. Chef Jason seems to be more ‘restaurant’ minded, meaning he prefers the food to be prepared as close to consumption as possible to maintain superior freshness and quality... Food was executed to perfection: golden roasted chicken with truffled risotto and roasted squash, fork tender braised beef with a port creme sauce and roasted vegetables, and a gluten free VEGAN dish my veg-head friends will NOT stop raving about. Service was smooth, available and non invasive... My husband and I would like to thank Everyday Chef and crew for the time, energy and creativity poured into our wedding to make it a truly memorable event. I would insist anyone seeking a caterer to reach out to Jason. He truly fills a need in the Grand Rapids catering industry.
